Watch – Wanindu Hasaranga smashes Tabraiz Shamsi for a monstrous hit en route to his blistering half-century

Wanindu Hasaranga proved to be the thorn in Galle Titans’ flesh with an all-round display, propelling his team to a mammoth 89-run win courtesy of his half-century and 4-wicket haul that fuelled B-Love Kandy to a massive win. 

This was his second consecutive half-century and the way he batted was nothing short of blistering. During his swashbuckling 64, Wanindu Hasaranga hammered a handful of exotic strikes. A couple of them worth mentioning were once when he hammered Samarakoon over mid-off for a fantastic boundary while the second one was obviously the maximum with which he brought up his fifty against Tabraiz Shamsi.

A lofted delivery from the South African spinner saw Waninya getting down on his knees and unloading a massive hit over long-on to rack up his second consecutive fifty in the ongoing LPL, which was also the fastest half-century of the current edition of Lankan Premier League.
