RCB star Washington Sundar to make Test debut for India?
As per a report in Times of India, Royal Challengers Bangalore all-rounder Washington Sundar might get a maiden call-up to the Test side. The 21-year-old is likely to replace veteran Ravichandran Ashwin in the fourth Test match at Brisbane Gabba.
It is understood that Team India will be making multiple changes to the playing eleven of the last and final Test match. Jasprit Bumrah is likely to be rested and injuries to Ravindra Jadeja and Hanuma Vihari. A refurbished Indian side could be fielded for the series decider.
Mayank Agarwal was expected to replace Vihari. But the Karnataka player was hit in the nets, and while the tests are awaited, youngster Prithvi Shaw might fill in if Agarwal's injured.
