RCB Bold Diaries: It is one of the biggest franchises – Rajat Patidar on the opportunity to lead RCB

RCB had their first practice session ahead of IPL 2025 and they had a massive turnout with players like Rajat Patidar, Krunal Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar attending the practice session.

Under the watchful eyes of Andy Flower, the practice session went on as the preparations for IPL 2025 kicked off for Royal Challengers.

Rajat Patidar had a welcome message for everyone. As seen in the latest episode of RCB Bold Diaries, Patidar said, “Welcome everyone. We are here for a purpose. So for that I think that everyone has to be on the same page, mentally. From here, let’s get together and have some memories ahead. Good luck for the season.”

Patidar also opened up on his captaincy, stating, “It is one of the biggest franchises. I got this opportunity and I’m glad. I am looking forward to it and the plus point is we have a group of leaders. So I think that this is my good opportunity to learn from them and definitely it will help me in my leadership role.”

He continued, “Of course there are new faces here and I think that they all are doing great in this format. We have covered everything, batting bowling and this year, I personally believe that we have one of the best bowling line-ups, so that makes me very confident and I am looking forward to it.”

Rajat concluded with a message for his team, stating, “Thank you so much everyone. The way you have supported me for the last three four years, I think this is my motivation. For you guys, let’s come together and do something special this year.”
