In the U19 World Cup, he smashed a blistering 50 against the West Indies, a fine 65 against India, a phenomenal ton against Uganda, a seraphic 97 against Ireland and an exceptional 97 against England. He followed the performance up with a rollicking 138 against a formidable Bangladesh. 3.    Shahrukh Khan

If his last year’s IPL ascendancy was not enough, the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final will make him a sizzling pick for the upcoming auction. He smashed an unbeaten 33 off just 15 balls, allowing Tamil Nadu to lift the trophy with a colossal strike into the stands. A fearless biffer, to say the least, a responsible batter in the middle and a shoulder to lean on, Tripathi is an indispensable name in the auction. That astronomical strike against Ravichandran Ashwin in the qualifier where KKR tumbled like a house of cards, is an ode to the gentry that he brings along with himself when it comes to the big games.
