Whenever I get an opportunity to play for the country, I will deliver my best – Sneh Rana

RCB all-rounder Sneh Rana was at the top of her game as she claimed an incredible fifer to help Indian women bag their second win of the ongoing tri-series against South Africa. Stationed at 240/5, the Proteas were the favourites to walk away with the bragging rights of the clash.
Rana’s crucial cameo in the center, bagging the prized scalps of Annie Dercksen, Nadine de Klerk and Tazmin Brits derailed South Africa’s chase from the roots. Winning the Player of the Match award, Sneh Rana opened up about her plan while bowling and also highlighted the clarity with which she worked.
Talking at the post-match presentation, Sneh Rana said, “I was just thinking about my variation because pace-off deliveries were working really well. I just thought of getting wickets for my team and that worked out really well. Today in the second innings, it was a little tougher than the first match we played.”
He further added, “We had a chat with our captain and our management and they told us to take the pace off, use the variations and use the crease well, I did that. Whenever I get an opportunity to play for the country, I will deliver my best.”
