We are coming into this game with some confidence – Devdutt Paddikal ahead of RCB vs RR

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru will be eyeing to extend their momentum as they lock horns with Rajasthan Royals for their first away fixture of IPL 2026. With two wins from two games, RCB is all poised to dish out another solid display against a side that has also been unbeaten so far in IPL 2026.

Talking in the pre-match presser, Devdutt Padikkal opened up on RCB’s momentum ahead of the crucial clash against Rajasthan Royals. Padikkal said, “We are coming into this game with some confidence. We have really started well this season and hopefully it will be a good game for everyone to watch and hopefully we come out on top as well.”

Shedding light on the homework that has been done so far by RCB, Padikkal added, “We have our plans for every single bowler that we come up against.  Definitely they have a good side, they are some exciting and talented young players, and I am sure it will be a difficult game. At the same time, we must trust our strengths and stick to our positive aspects for as long as possible.”
