Virat Kohli can break Sachin's record: Brad Hogg

India and RCB captain Virat Kohli is in the league of the best players the game has ever seen. There's something about him that makes the Aussies stand up and appreciate him.

Brad Hogg uploaded a Q&A video on his official YouTube channel, in which the cricketer weighed in on whether Virat Kohli can surpass Sachin Tendulkar.

The former Australian spinner answered, "Of course he can. Fitness levels today are a lot better when Sachin Tendulkar started. Plus they get a lot of help with quality fitness trainers. They have also got a lot of physios and doctors on board. Any niggle that is starting to happen people can get on top of it straight away."

Adding to that, the two-time World Cup winner spoke about fitness and training players are practicing today and said, "Players miss fewer games and of course there is a lot more cricket being played these days. So yes, he can break that record."

While comparisons between Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar keep growing, many pundits claim that the current Indian skipper can surpass the record set by Tendulkar.

The 32-year-old is 7 centuries short of breaking the record of most centuries in ODI cricket, held by Sachin Tendulkar (49).
