RCB-W retain 14 players ahead of WPL 2025 Auction

Royal Challengers Bengaluru have retained a majority of their title-winning squad from the 2024 edition of the Women’s Premier League ahead of the WPL 2025 auction.
14 players have been retained by RCB-W including the likes of skipper Smriti Mandhana, Ellyse Perry, Sophie Devine and the recently traded-in Danielle Wyatt-Hodge.
Simran Dil Bahadur (30L), Disha Kasat (10L), Shubha Sateesh (10L), Indrani Roy (10L) and Shraddha Pokarkhar (10L) were let go by the franchise among the domestic talents, apart from the foreign duo of Nadine de Klerk and Heather Knight.
RCB-W will enter the auction with a purse of 3.25 Crore to spend on signing four Indian players, with their six overseas slots filled.
