Australian all-rounder Erin Burns brings with her plenty of experience with years of having played the sport, and she looked in fine touch throughout RCB’s training camp at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

She was a part of the camp at the Chinnaswamy and played an elemental role in handing out tips to youngsters.

Talking on RCB Bold Diaries, Burns talked about this wonderful feeling as she said, “I am so excited about it and there has been so much talk about the WPL for a few years and now that it is finally up and running and to be a part of it is absolutely amazing.”

She further added, “The craze isn’t just bound in India but obviously back home, the girls were watching the auction with a lot of curiosity around it. So now that I am here and to be involved is absolutely awesome.”

Erin also talked about head coach Ben Sawyer, stating, “I know Ben since his stint with the Sydney Sixers for a number of seasons. I was lucky enough to be under him. It feels really cool to be back here and him being head coach. I have a feeling that I am back home again.”

Highlighting her interaction with the Indian players, Burns said, “Before today, I didn’t know any of the domestic Indian players. It was really cool to see them put their skills on display and just have a bit of a chat in the yarn. That was obviously great.”

Opening up about a trivia that is barely known, Erin Burns has a master’s degree in physiotherapy and talking about the same, she said, “We have chatted a bit with the two other physios today. I believe that we are all in very capable hands. But I am happy to kind of clock it off in that just respect and kind of leave it to the cricket.
