It still feels like a family – Shreyanka Patil and Jemimah Rodrigues on RCB fans and Chinnaswamy experience

Amidst the wild array of stars who were present in the hallowed concourse of RCB vs CSK at Chinnaswamy, two very prominent names included the likes of Shreyanka Patil and Jemimah Rodrigues, who were alongside their India teammate, Smriti Mandhana. Shreyanka and Jemimah had a few things to say which included a very special message for the fans on one of the videos on RCB’s official Youtube channel.

Shreyanka Patil said, “Definitely playing the match is easier (than watching). Every ball I am giving some reaction while watching. When you’re on the field you know what’s happening but sitting out, I don’t know how to express because every ball has one reaction, expression and it’s very stressful.”

The all-rounder further added, “It still feels like a family because we are wearing the same jersey and I love RCB so obviously hoping for the best.” She concluded with a message for the fans stating, “We are getting a lot of support because of them. More than support it is the confidence that they are always with us. That’s a great feeling.”

Jemimah Rodrigues was also present in the star-studded mix and she had an incredible message for the sport. She said, “I’m just here to support cricket honestly and no better time to come than Dhoni and Virat in the stadium. I don’t know when will I get to see Dhoni next in the stadium. That is my whole purpose of coming here. No fans like the Chinnaswamy fans for sure.”

She further added, “When we played, it didn’t feel any different to the men’s team. I think the support of the Chinnaswamy just towards women’s cricket in general, I think that’s crazy.”
