As we inch closer to the IPL 2021 mini-auction, the excitement among fans has reached its zenith. The IPL Governing Council on Thursday announced the complete list of players who will be up for grabs in Chennai on 18 February. 

As many as 292 cricketers will go under the hammer. The final list includes 164 Indian players, 125 overseas and three players from the associate nations. 

Initially, 1114 players had enrolled their names for the auction. The list was pruned based on the shortlists submitted by eight franchises. A total of 10 players - 8 overseas and 2 Indian players - have been slotted in the highest bracket with a base price of INR 2 crore. 12 players have registered with their base price set at INR 1.5 crore. Umesh Yadav and Hanuma Vihari have listed their base price at INR 1 crore. Other notable names include Aaron Finch, Ewin Lewis, Sheldon Cottrell, and Mustafizur Rahman.

Base price of INR 1.5 crore – Alex Hales, Dawid Malan, Alex Carey, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Jhye Richardson, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Adil Rashid, Shaun Marsh, Tom Curran, David Willey, Lewis Gregory and Morne Morkel.

Base price of INR 1 crore – Aaron Finch, Ewin Lewis, Hanuma Vihari, Sheldon Cottrell, Mustafizur Rahman, Umesh Yadav, Moises Henriques, Marnus Labuschagne, Jason Behrendorff, Billy Stanlake and Matthew Wade.

Base price of INR 75 lakh – Chris Morris, Corey Anderson, Darren Bravo, Ben Cutting, Kylie Jamieson, Fabian Allen, Dan Christian, Liam Livingstone, Tim Southee, Keemo Paul, Fidel Edwards, Mohammad Mahmud Ullah, Sherfane Rutherford, Hilton Cartwright and James Faulkner.
