India hopeful of pocketing ODI series as West Indies look to draw level
With India securing a fine win to kickstart the ODI series, the caravan moves to Guwahati for the second game of the three-match series on Wednesday.
The Men in Blue will be setting their sights on another series triumph with a match to go, hoping to extend their dominant run against the Islanders.
The opening clash witnessed a batting masterclass from Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli as India ran away with the chase. However, on a day where batters shined, Kuldeep Yadav impressed with his web of mystery. West Indies also had their fair shares of impressive performances with Justin Greaves smashing a ton while John Campbell and Amir Jangoo registered crucial half-centuries.
West Indies will be hopeful of fixing their middle-order, which India made light work of in the series opener.
