I'll be doing everything I can to get the win – Grace Harris on RCB’s clash against UP Warriorz
RCB are all set to rumble against the UP Warriorz in their second clash of WPL 2026. They had a thrilling start to the tournament after they edged past Mumbai Indians in the season opener. Former UP Warriorz all-rounder, Grace Harris, got off to an explosive show for RCB, smashing 25 off 12 balls against Mumbai in the last game.
Talking on the latest episode of RCB’s Game Day video, Harris opened up on what her emotions are for the Warriorz and what she will be looking forward to, when the two teams clash. She also expressed how she had a bit of banter in store for her former team but she focused more on going all guns blazing against the Warriorz.
Revealing her feelings about the imminent clash, Grace said, “UP Warriors being my old team, well the original team that I made my debut with in WPL, and I guess I'm really excited to come up against them. They do have some new internationals, so I'll be doing my planning on what time to get the win over them, because there could be a little bit of an even contest between RCB and UP Warriors in the past, based on results, but I'm hoping that we're on the right side of results tomorrow night, and I'll be doing everything I can to get the win.”
Bringing the banter for her erstwhile side out in the open, Harris joked, “I might sledge a couple. I might sledge a couple, just a little, but I'm probably, if I'm on the boundary it's going to be hard. If I'm boundary riding, it might be early on.”
