Gameday Bold Diaries: We’re looking forward to the challenge – Will Jacks
RCB will be locking horns in a clash against the mighty Delhi Capitals in a bid to keep their play-off hopes alive. Will Jacks is going to be a critical component of their middle-order going into this clash and he had quite a few things to say in one of the latest episodes of RCB Bold Diaries.
Jacks said, “Delhi Capitals is a dangerous team. We’ve seen them score some really high scores with the bat and they’re dangerous with the ball. They have some really good spin options, I think. We’ve to play well. Every team can beat anyone on their day, so that’s what the IPL is all about. We’re looking forward to the challenge.”
He further added, “I think the coaching staff has really instilled confidence in us. We know what our capabilities are and it’s just about producing that. Now we’re winning and it’s about keeping reinforcing that. While we’re on a high, there is no need to change anything. It’s just keep doing the same thing and hopefully keep winning games.”
Will also said, “The mood in the camp is brilliant. Obviously we’ve got a nice roll now. We’ve won four in a row. We’ve got two more to go. We’re feeling good, we’re feeling well. We just keep looking to do our job and see where that leads.”
He concluded with a message for the fans, stating, “I am sure the home crowd will be behind us as always with two home games to finish and playoffs on the line. I’m sure they’ll be right behind every one of us.”
