India shattered a number of milestones with a massive 160-run victory from their fixture against Netherlands as they secured nine wins on the trot ahead of the World Cup 2023 semifinal where they will be facing New Zealand, with an aim to make the summit clash. 

The Men in Blue posted 410 batting first that witnessed Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul knitting together absolute rampage while their bowlers came together to leave Netherlands in a knot.

·      Ravindra Jadeja became the Indian spinner with the highest number of wickets in a World Cup with 16 scalps so far.

·      India registered their highest number of wins in a World Cup with nine victories and also became the second team after Australia to set sail for the semis with an unblemished record in the tournament.

·      India tied their earlier record of registering 24 wins in a calendar year which still remains the highest by the Men in Blue. They last accomplished this feat in 1998.
