BCCI announce squads for Duleep Trophy; five Royal Challengers to feature
India’s latest domestic cricket season is all set to roll as it is going to be the prestigious Duleep Trophy to raise the curtains. A welcome twist to the tournament will see some of the finest Indian international cricketers coming down to rub shoulders with promising young talent of the country.
The tournament will be starting from September 5th in Anantpur, Andhra Pradesh and M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru which will see four teams fighting it out for glory. Indian vice-captain, Shubman Gill will be captaining Team A while seasoned domestic stalwart, Abhimanyu Easwaran, will be spearheading Team B.
Team C and Team D will witness Ruturaj Gaikwad and Shreyas Iyer take over the reins respectively while the teams will be featuring star-studded sides to provide a major facelift to what has already been a historic tournament.
