India eye T20I series win against dangerous West Indies unit
After India returned to winning ways against the West Indies, with their bowlers performing well in the third T20I in Indore, the fourth chapter of this oscillating series is set to unfold in Hyderabad. This clash can be the series point for the Men in Blue after their win in the last game or it can set the series up for a swashbuckling finish.
India’s hard-hitting approach in the last game despite losing wickets in the middle, reaped handsome dividends as they posted a significant number on the board. With the dew staying away in Indore, the bowlers were able to keep things under check. However, in Hyderabad, chances of dew staying away are usually on the lesser side as one might expect the two powerhouses to drop another batting masterclass.
One of the most obvious questions for both the teams will be how do they set up their bowling unit. This has been a tough series for the bowlers and the punishment inflicted on them simply keeps on getting harsher. If the captains can geta decent bowling line-up, it can make all the difference in the world. With the stakes higher than ever, one can certainly expect both sides to go all guns blazing in Hyderabad.
Venue Watch:
The surface in Hyderabad has always been an absolute favourite for the batters. The bounce is true and the carry is good and that will tempt the batters to go hard right from ball one of the contest itself. With the last two contests producing the cumulative aggregate of both the sides more than 400, one would expect nothing different. Whatever turn spinners might get in the first half, can completely disappear in the second once the dew sets in.
