Virat Kohli’s measured eating and his response to Sunil Chhetri’s Challenge
Virat Kohli loves challenges, be it on the field or off it. Recently, Hardik Pandya threw one at him, and the Royal Challengers Bangalore captain responded by posting an intense clap push-up that proved why Kohli is one of the fittest sportspersons going around.
After Pandya, it was India’s football captain Sunil Chhetri’s turn to throw the challenge at Kohli. Kohli and Chhetri are good friends and the duo recently did an Instagram Live discussing a variety of subjects.
Chhetri tagged Kohli in one of his social media posts and asked Virat to try it.
Kohli acknowledged that the task appeared difficult. However, the difficulty of the task is not what Kohli appeared concerned about. He replied, “Seems difficult skip. 2 swiss ball kahan se laoon magar (but where do I get these two swiss balls from?)"
Virat Kohli has been regularly posting his workout videos on social media. In fact, his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, too put out a post that showed how strictly Kohli has been maintaining his diet in the lockdown.
In an Instagram story that Anushka posted, Virat is seen measuring the poha (a flattened rice snack). The Indian skipper ensures that the scale does not go above ‘100’ grams, because the skipper ‘loves hundred’.
Time and again Virat Kohli keeps talking about his journey from a chubby youngster to the fitness icon and it's because of efforts like these he had managed to reach the pinnacle of his fitness.
