Five wins in a row is something players will always love to have – Shreyanka Patil

As RCB ready themselves for the latest challenge in WPL 2026 with the Delhi Capitals next, Shreyanka Patil shared an insight into how the players always enjoy the comfort of back-to-back wins.

Talking on the latest episode of RCB Game Day, Shreyanka highlighted the practice sessions ahead of RCB’s clash with DC while also talking about their mindset which has helped them in the tournament.

Shedding light about how RCB’s five wins on the trot has boosted their mindset, Shreyanka said, “I think winning always with a larger margin gives us that plus point. So we have done that in the past now with DC. So we would like to continue the same intent, same energy, keep the same energy and intent. These are different conditions again. Baroda is slightly trickier than what we played in Navi Mumbai. So we are practicing, taking that into consideration. So yeah, it's going well. The prep is going well, so we're looking forward to DC.”

Opening up about the winning streak and the confidence that comes along, Patil added, “It's a big win for us, five wins in a row is something players will always love to have, and top of the table and getting that cue gives us a lot of comfort and I don't know if it's relaxed, but kind of calm and we're like, okay, fine, we're doing well.”

She concluded by saying, “So that's one thing we have in mind, but always winning the next game. So we take one game at a time, so we don't really have too much in our head and think a lot of stuff. That's something which has helped throughout this tournament and we want to keep this similar attitude moving forward as well. So, but the team environment, everything is actually very lively and happy.”
